Tracy Shale joined the Foundations Developmental House team in 2018. She comes to FDH with multiple years of billing and insurance experience in a pediatric office setting. She specifically loves the pediatric environment as she adores children and the time spent with their families. She is passionate about the needs and medical coverage for children with disabilities. Tracy moved to the Valley in 1997 after having grown up in the Midwest (Go Hawks!). In her spare time, Tracy loves spending time with her two children.
